Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for facility upkeep, landscaping tasks. Such as mowing, minor plumbing repairs, and routine cleaning on grounds. Managing Schedules, supervising duties, coordinating staff, inventory, contacting the appropriate companies for repairs or maintenance on facility repairs and equipment. Basic repair, leading a small team.
