About The Position

This position is responsible for design, installation, repairs and maintenance of a variety of systems, appliances and equipment. Work is performed independently using specialized tools and is checked upon completion for performance and compliance with safety practices and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Category 1 – HVAC Chiller Specialist (HVAC Journeyman): HVAC Journeyman Certification or higher; Universal Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification (EPA Section 608); R-410A Certified (Within one (1) year of employment).
• Category 2 – Electrician (Journeyman): Journeyman Electrician (Non-Residential) or higher.
• Category 3 – Plumber (Journeyman): Journeyman Plumber or higher.
• Category 4 - Welder-Burner (Certified 6G): Welder Certified 6G or higher.
• Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in other maintenance areas or trades desired.
