In this role, you will coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with intermediate proficiency in one or more trades. Trades may include the areas of electrician, plumber, carpenter, boiler operator, etc.

Requirements

• Three years of recent maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.
• Valid Pennsylvania (or another US State) Drivers' License required.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare maintenance experience a plus.
• High School Diploma / GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with intermediate proficiency in one or more trades.
• Perform duties in areas such as electrician, plumber, carpenter, boiler operator, etc.
