About The Position

Responsible for maintaining the organization's facilities and equipment including a variety of related duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Four (4) years general maintenance experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Candidate should be experienced with use of tools and equipment

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with general building and maintenance techniques.
• A valid New Jersey driver s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair, maintenance and inspections on off-site facility equipment including minor plumbing, electrical, heating/AC, paint and wallboard repair and any general maintenance needs as required
• Responsible for completing work orders to document work completed, parts used and par levels maintained
• Works with the Coordinator to prioritize work requests based on immediate needs and schedule
• Other relevant duties as assigned
