About The Position

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the guest experience from behind the scenes. The company believes heartfelt, human connections make people's lives better, especially for those who work there. The founder rebelled against impersonal, generic hospitality and initiated a new boutique hotel standard and environment where people could connect from the heart. The work here has meaning, aiming to improve the lives of coworkers, guests, owners, and communities. The company's San Francisco-born entrepreneurial spirit and zest for life, started in 1981, shines through to this day. They seek people who are lively, rebellious, genuine, with diverse backgrounds, talents, experiences, and plucky personalities. People who can be themselves at work, shine, have a knack for creativity and self-leadership, don't need to be told what to do, and have an innate passion for making others' lives better.
