This role is 100% on-site and is Contingent Upon Contract Award.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a general maintenance and repair, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple trades, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance

Responsibilities

Skill in the use of hand and power tools
Conduct routine inspections
Perform preventive maintenance
Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner
Adhere to safety standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic operational environment
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
