About The Position

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a General Maintenance & Repair Worker to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Immediately identify and report any damage to Government equipment and facilities, including but not limited to damaged shelving, storage systems, workspaces, and operational areas, to the COR/ACOR. Perform general maintenance and repair activities on Government facilities, warehouse spaces, shelving systems, storage racks, and support areas. Perform minor repairs to walls, doors, flooring, fixtures, shelving, and facility infrastructure. Support corrective maintenance actions for facility deficiencies and operational workspaces. Assist with repair coordination for warehouse and production support areas. Inspect facility workspaces and report hazards, deficiencies, or damage requiring corrective action. Support movement, replacement, and repair of damaged shelving and storage infrastructure. Maintain work areas in safe and operational conditions. Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and Government facility standards. Document maintenance actions and completed repairs as required. Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a maintenance and repair worker.
  • Experience performing general facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and repair equipment safely.
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation (minimumT-1/NACI)
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull materials and repair equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments as required.
  • Knowledge of basic facility maintenance procedures and safety requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in warehouse, production, or industrial environments preferred.
