About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Property Operations and Maintenance team. This role involves providing general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring all facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, be a proactive problem solver, and contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment. Requirements

2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
English communication skills; Spanish also preferred.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to climb.
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Nice To Haves

Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus.

Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both the visible and behind‑the‑scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Approach each day as a proactive problem solver—taking initiative to address issues even when they fall outside the standard task list.
Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment, consistently acting in the best interest of the resort and your colleagues.
Assist with daily maintenance duties as well as engineering projects assigned by the Director of Engineering.
