About The Position

As a Prime Product Sales Representative you will support our customers in your designated territory. The Prime Product Sales Representative is responsible for top line growth, sales forecasting, and pipeline development through managing assigned accounts through the sale or rental of products and services offered by Yancey. The Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between Yancey Bros. Co. and the customer.

Requirements

  • Must be able and willing to travel regularly
  • Qualified candidate MUST have prior outside sales experience calling on contractors. Prefer experience with selling large-ticket items.
  • High energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic required.
  • Specific industry experienced desired or an equivalent college degree

Nice To Haves

  • Prior territory management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for helping develop and execute Earth Moving sales growth targets and orders operating plan via penetration of existing key accounts and new project key opportunities
  • Development of growth strategies, including sales initiatives, and customer mapping/penetration
  • Drive aggressive growth targets: volume, mix, penetration, and timing
  • Participate in cross-functional business activities
  • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager.
