Our Pre-Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Are you an experienced lawyer that is looking for a less adversarial role with predictable hours?
Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Detail oriented, understanding fact patterns
Nice To Haves
- Personal injury experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
- Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on Personal injury cases primarily motor vehicle cases.
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
