About The Position

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Junior Premises Liability Associate Attorney in its growing Atlanta or Alpharetta, Georgia offices. The attorney will focus on personal injury cases, primarily premises liability, and handle pre-litigation work while guiding clients through the case process. The role also manages a team of 6–10 Case Managers and drives compliance and KPIs.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association.
• At least 2 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6–10 Case Managers.
• Drive compliance and KPIs across the team.
• Handle EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements.
