About The Position
Our client in Syracuse, NY, is seeking an experienced General Liability Partner to join its civil litigation practice. This is a hybrid/full-time/permanent position. The Opportunity: Join a nationally recognized firm with a strong client base, extensive resources, and a collaborative team environment. This is an immediate opportunity to represent major national and regional companies and insurance carriers. Work within a nationally recognized Am Law 200 and Chambers-ranked firm in a collaborative, close-knit team environment.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 10+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Experience preparing matters for arbitration, mediation, and trial
- Strong legal writing and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in one or more relevant practice areas, including: General liability, Product liability, Professional liability, Related civil litigation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
