About The Position
Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of general liability experience for our Poughkeepsie office. This role involves analyzing issues, communicating regularly with claims professionals, documenting communication, and assisting in resolving cases efficiently. The attorney will also be responsible for preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice. Trial experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of general liability experience
- JD from an accredited law school
- Good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
