About The Position
Cipriani & Werner is a multidisciplinary law firm recognized for understanding client needs and delivering expected results. The Philadelphia Office in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join their growing team.
Requirements
- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 5 years of General Liability litigation experience.
- Ability to manage files from start to finish.
- Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident and product liability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software.
- Self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast-paced work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
- Trial experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new files.
- Client communications.
- Discovery production.
- Conduct Depositions.
- Research and prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law.
- Prepare and argue discovery, substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals.
- Attend pretrial listings, motions and trial.
