About The Position

Nell Hotels is opening The Nell New York in Rockefeller Center in Fall 2027 and is seeking applications for general inquiries regarding leadership positions across various hotel departments. The Nell New York aims to provide a luxury guest experience rooted in warm, intuitive hospitality, cultural connection, and unparalleled access, carrying forward the legacy of The Little Nell in Aspen. This is an opportunity to be part of a new luxury hotel opening in a prime New York City location.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related degree or equivalent additional experience in the hotel industry
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality
Proficient knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
Proficient knowledge in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays according to business and scheduling needs

Responsibilities
