This position will be based out of Mainroad Transtronic's Cloverdale yard and will report directly to the Electrical Foreman.

Requirements

• Grade 12 education.
• Valid Class 5 or 7 driver’s license.
• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Dedicated, committed and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Shop organization and cleanup.
• Preparation of job materials and disposal of no longer needed items / recycling.
• Cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas.
• Operating hand and power tools of all types.
• Hand shoveling and backfilling, conduit placement, cable pulling.
• Material logistics (bringing materials to site / pickup from suppliers).
• Loading and unloading equipment (forklift training provided).
