About The Position

We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders, and dump boxes. With over 25 years in business, we’ve established ourselves as a trusted builder of innovative, durable farm equipment. We operate two production facilities in Ontario, located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our team is focused on building quality equipment through a practical, hands-on approach, where people take pride in their work and hold a high standard for how the job gets done. We are looking for a General Labourer to join our production team. In this role, you will support a variety of production and material-handling activities that help ensure safe, efficient day-to-day operations across the facility. Working under the direction of supervisors and alongside multiple departments, you will assist with tasks such as unloading cut parts, preparing components for welding or painting through grinding and cleaning, and maintaining organized work areas. Your ability to adapt to shifting priorities and provide support where needed will play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and meeting overall operational goals.

Requirements

  • Pride in supporting hands-on work.
  • Understanding of how efforts contribute to overall production efficiency and quality.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.
  • Experience using hand tools or basic equipment such as grinders.
  • Experience handling materials safely.
  • Comfortable assisting with a variety of tasks, from unloading and moving parts to preparing components for the next stage of production.
  • Ability to keep work area clean and organized.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow direction.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
  • Takes safety seriously.

  • Contributes to maintaining a productive, efficient, and hazard-free shop floor.
