About The Position

Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs – inside and outside. Assist with grounds maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal/salting. Move furniture, equipment, and materials as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and supplies. Empty waste containers. Assist maintenance staff with projects and repairs. Other duties required.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with own transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general labor, building maintenance, landscaping, or construction is an asset
