About The Position
M3 Staffing is hiring General Labourers in Vancouver! We’re looking for hardworking and dependable individuals with 0–1 year of labour or construction experience to join our growing team. Work opportunities include construction sites, warehouse operations, landscaping, renovations, and public events.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of labour or construction experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Own PPE: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety boots
Nice To Haves
- Reliable transportation
- WHMIS or First Aid certification
- Experience in construction or warehouse environments
Responsibilities
- Site setup and clean-up
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Assisting skilled trades and supervisors
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
