About The Position

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is hiring General Laborers, Hydro blasters, at Eastman in Longview, Texas. This team member helps set up and operate water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing equipment, and hydroblasting and other industrial cleaning equipment, while maintaining a continuous working relationship with clients and customers. The operation runs 24/7, and the role requires availability for day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position involves hands-on use of manual and automated hydroblasting equipment and specialized equipment, including ultra-high-pressure pumps. Workers may inspect cleaned surfaces for compliance with company and customer expectations, maintain equipment and peripherals, and handle disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Safety is a central priority, with training and career development offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Specific vocational preparation, including classroom safety training, on-the-job training, and relevant experience gained on other jobs.
English proficiency sufficient to understand safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
Valid driver license and compliance with company driving-policy requirements when driving a company vehicle or using a personal vehicle for company business.
Must be knowledgeable in operating emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers.
Availability to work all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

OSHA certification may be required for this job.

Responsibilities

Follow company health and safety policies and procedures, acting safely at all times.
Set up and assist with water treatment systems and pipeline hydrostatic testing.
Operate manual and automated hydroblasting equipment.
Operate specialized equipment, including ultra-high-pressure pumps.
Operate pumping equipment and specialized hydroblasting or chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks, and cutting equipment used on the job.
Examine cleaned surfaces as needed to ensure they meet company and customer expectations.
Conduct routine and required maintenance on the unit, peripherals, industrial vacuuming equipment, and other company equipment used on the job.
Dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Represent HPC-Industrial and maintain working relationships with clients and customers.
