About The Position

MGC Contractors, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned Corporation specializing in all forms of water and wastewater general contracting. We are looking for General Laborers to join our Texas division in the San Antonio/New Braunfels area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience preferred.
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Must work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager.
• Follow direction from the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager with regards to daily production schedule and activities.
• Works in conjunction with Leadman, Foreman, and/or Superintendent to ensure the job-site is safe prior to commencing work.
• Maintain a clean job site; pick up all tools, equipment, and secure job site each day.
• Use equipment and/or an assortment of job tools.
• Perform general laborer work as needed.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
