General Laborers
About The Position
This position involves loading/unloading and moving materials within the warehouse or production areas. Responsibilities include assisting in assembling toys and furniture according to quality standards, packaging and preparing products for outbound shipment, and maintaining clean and organized work areas by removing debris or waste. The role requires collaboration with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to all safety procedures and company guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE, is mandatory. Additional duties may be assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. Consistently
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing production needs
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Flexibility to work different hours throughout the week as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
