Requirements

Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures.
Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is required.
Ability to work in cold, hot or wet environment up to 12 hours per day.
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds up to 4 times per hour.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to bend/squat/twist up to 15 minutes per hour.
Ability to lift and reach shoulder height and above repetitively frequently.
Ability to climb steps/ladders and work at heights occasionally.
Ability to quickly access different areas of the plant frequently.
Basic math, counting, calculator and basic computer skills.
Must be willing to work weekends, off-shifts, holidays and OT as needed.
Must be able to work in other general labor positions in the plant as needed.
Satisfactory attendance record.
Must have authorization to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

Perform all process CP, CCP, QP, and CQP checks required for the position.
Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement deviations.
Identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper production operation.
Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good housekeeping guidelines.
Follow safety guidelines, wear designated personal protective equipment (PPE), and meet OSHA safety requirements.
Perform manual labor tasks such as inspection, rework & sort operations as needed.
Teamwork and compliance with plant policies and procedures.
Utilize process excellence (PE) tools to improve plant performance and complete specific projects as directed by leaders.
Learn PE and Schreiber productions system (SPS) tools and support PE initiatives.
Maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
Work weekends, off-shifts, holidays and overtime as needed.
Work in other general labor positions in the plant as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Manage multiple priorities.
