Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to perform physical construction work
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
- Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn
- Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)
Responsibilities
- Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems
- Work alongside an experienced crew at customer homes
- Safely operate tools and equipment
- Deliver quality work and an outstanding customer experience
- Take on new challenges at different job sites each day
