About The Position
Waste Connections is currently seeking a General Laborer Helper to join the team at Post Oak Landfill in Luling, TX. This is an entry-level position with room for growth. Previous landfill or waste experience would be a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The position is a Day Shift, working Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, typically working 50-55 hours a week.
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities
- Cleaning up debris, general grounds keeping
- Running a mower
- Operating the water truck, Fuel Truck, and Sweeper
