General Laborer Night Shift
About The Position
As a Production Labourer, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. This is a physically demanding position that requires reliability and consistency. You will inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency, remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces, sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment, transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment, assist machine operators with daily production tasks, and clean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas.
Requirements
- Punctual and dependable — being on time is essential to production flow
- Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly
- Able to remain focused and productive during 12-hour shifts
- Detail-oriented and committed to doing quality work
- A team player with a strong work ethic and hands-on mindset
- Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye coordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required
