Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Willingness to work outdoors and in non-climate-controlled areas.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
Must have dependable transportation to the Delray Beach facility.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus but not required (training available).

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks in the bagging barn to support mulch and soil operations.
Assist with filling, and the operation of stacking bags of products according to production standards.
Lift, move, and stack materials weighing up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
Operate or assist with bagging and palletizing equipment (training provided as needed).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow safety protocols, including use of PPE and equipment safety checks.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Assist with loading pallets and preparing finished goods for transport.
Support production efficiency by communicating with team members and staying alert to workflow needs.
