Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople and technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility infrastructure.
• Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring materials are readily available.
• Mowing, painting, light carpentry, general cleaning, and other various small tasks.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support various utility projects.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for self and team members.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, backfilling, and compacting soil as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and report any issues.
