Requirements

• A commitment to keep each other safe.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid state driver's license.
• The availability to work flexible schedules.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to support daily tasks and communication.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently utilizing a range of small tools including shovels, pinch bars, sledgehammers, brooms, and more.
• Operate machinery such as bobcats, forklifts, sweepers, condors, scissor lifts, and jackhammers to efficiently accomplish comprehensive equipment and facility cleanup tasks.
• Loading and unloading railroad cars and trucks to ensure safe and efficient logistics operations.
• Providing services for office setup and relocation, including lifting and transporting furniture, equipment or appliances.
• Installing items such as pictures and shelves to create functional and comfortable workspaces.
• Contributing to general cleanup efforts, assisting with painting, insulation, and supporting production activities as necessary.
