About The Position

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to our production goals.

The pay range for this role if $19 to $21 per hour and is based on experience; this is a first shift role Monday through Thursday with overtime based on business needs.

Requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Due to the nature of our industry we test for Marijuana and applicants must test negative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure output and product meet quality standards and report any issues to the Supervisor and Quality Manager
• Support fabrication operations by preparing raw materials and ensuring proper setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Participate and support 5S activities and Kaizen events.
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Other duties as assigned
