Requirements

Ability to use basic math and hand held measuring tools
Dexterous with both hands
Ability to stand for extended periods
Dexterous with manufacturing equipment, basic power tools and machinery
Flexible with assigned department and production needs

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED or prior experience a plus.
Flexible schedule is required in regards to overtime and start time according to work volumes.
Desire to be a part of a continuously improving team

Responsibilities

Support continuous improvements in safety, quality, 5S, and manufacturing processes.
Provide feedback to leadership to help resolve quality issues or operational improvements.
Ensure the machine is always running.
Communicate any issues that prevent product flow.
Know and abide by all company rules and policies regarding safety and conduct, including the use and maintenance of company-provided PPE.
Embrace cross-training by being willing to learn other jobs or tasks within the facility.
Perform daily housekeeping to ensure the work area is always clean and organized.
Work in various areas of the shop to assist as required.
Maintain continuous workflow through adherence of documented processes.
Produce parts utilizing the ‘top down” production list.
