About The Position

We're currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support an active construction project in Kapolei. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized job site, we'd love to hear from you! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction, warehouse, landscaping, demolition, or general labor experience. Requirements

• Reliable transportation to the job site in Kapolei.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the workday.
• Steel-toe boots are required.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to perform manual labor for the duration of each shift.
• Must be able to successfully complete E-Verify and a pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA Training
• 30-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
• Other construction safety certifications

Responsibilities

• Perform construction site cleanup.
• Hand shovel and move dirt or debris.
• Remove construction debris and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist construction crews with general labor tasks.
• Load, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the job site.
• Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform additional labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
