About The Position
Wieland is hiring a Production General Laborer. The General Laborer will be responsible for performing miscellaneous labor functions throughout the mill. This role is located in Montpelier, OH and will be fully on-site. Starting Pay: $22.22 Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3p-11p; Mon-Fri Pay Schedule: Weekly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Minimum one-year manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Instructed by supervisor on each task
- General housekeeping tasks - clean any area of Mill
- Chopping scrap
- Handle solid scrap
- Operates forklift to transport oil and trash to designated locations
- Moves scrap to and from various locations
- Maintains equipment and performs duties in a clean and orderly condition
- Other duties as assigned
