About The Position

This position is responsible for learning various processes and jobs around the shop floor like: setup and operation of Cosan Saw and Tsune Cold Saw, driving a forklift, setup and operation of Okuma lathes and cleaning/organizing various manufacturing areas.

Requirements

• Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting (50-100 lbs.)
• Demonstrated strong past attendance record
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have time management skills
• Willingness to learn various tasks and duties as part of facility operation
• Works well in a team environment
• Must be able to follow directions and be self-motivated

• High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Powder coat experience is preferred for Lebanon

• Running the Cosan and Tsune

• Packing parts for shipment
• Loading and Unloading trucks
• Additional items as assigned by manager
