About The Position

National Assemblers is seeking hardworking, honest, and dedicated individuals to join their team as a General Laborer (Helper). This position involves assisting trained and Certified Assembly Technicians in providing professional assembly services to large retail stores across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible, dependable, able to work well with various personnel (assemblers, schedulers, trainers, store personnel), flexible with workday changes, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Excellent communication skills are essential. The company is the nation's fastest-growing assembly company, offering significant room for growth and quick advancement for top performers. Helpers are compensated at $15.00 per hour, or the minimum wage of their home state, whichever is higher.

Requirements

Ability to lift 40 pounds
Must have own RELIABLE transportation for local and out of town travel
Responsible for getting to work every day
Must have regular internet access
Access the company website daily for scheduling, work order processing, and payment records
PC's and laptops are necessary to access all features of the website (Smartphones and tablets are acceptable for most website applications, as long as they have regular internet access)

Responsibilities

Assist trained and Certified Assembly Technicians
Open, un-package and organize a minimum of 8 items/hour for the Assembler Technician, including items like bikes and grills
