About The Position

The General Laborer will support metal fabrication operations with precise part prep, basic equipment operation, in-process inspection, and material flow. This role requires strong attention to detail, safe work habits, and the ability to follow written specifications in a fast, clean, and organized environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing preferred, but not required. We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate basic shop equipment and hand tools.
• Visually inspect parts for defects (cracks, pits, incomplete welds) and report issues.
• Move and stage product to the correct areas with accurate identification.
• Work to established quality standards; follow all safety procedures and housekeeping (5S) practices.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate with management; support teammates as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
