About The Position

Anchor Fabrication has an immediate opening for a highly motivated General Laborer for our Industrial forming department. Position Summary: The General Labor’s role can vary with each assigned task. They will use various tools and techniques to support their assigned department. They are highly motivated and have a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. This role is vital to ensuring our customers’ needs are consistently met, promoting our company’s continued strong national growth.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and understand measuring devices, i.e. a tape measure
• Must be able to operate a grinder.
• Experience with high power tools (i.e. impacts, wrenches, etc.)
• Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the department lead or supervisor to assist with daily operations.
• Follow instructions during the operation process.
• Responsible for continually maintaining a clean working environment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
