About The Position
Performs a variety of physical and general construction tasks that support overall project progress and completion. Executes assignments safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail, and collaborates with team members to maintain workflow and quality across site activities. Contributes to a safe, organized, and productive work environment by consistently following safety procedures and work standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or a related field.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
Responsibilities
- Performs general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Follows established safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
- Assists other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
- Inspects work areas and materials for safety and quality, reporting issues as needed.
- Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
- Communicates task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.
