About The Position

This position will ensure that the plant equipment and surrounding areas are kept clean, sanitary, and safe. General Laborers are able to work anywhere necessary to help the plant operate efficiently.

Requirements

• Must have an acceptable safety record.
• Must have an acceptable attendance record.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensures there is no injury to self or others by following safe work practices (including Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
• Attend and participate in all training activities for the position.
• Ensure the acquired skills and knowledge are applied.
• Must be a team player and help to meet operational goals.
• Performs all such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Manager.
• Assists the Wet End Team with each product line.
• Assists the Distribution Team with palletizing.
• Assists with shut downs, start ups, and cleaning tasks.
