About The Position

ATACO Steel Products is seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer (age 18+) to support facility and grounds maintenance during the summer season. This position focuses on outdoor upkeep, light maintenance, and general support tasks. Hours may range from part-time to full-time based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance, or general labor is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance
• Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, weeding, and debris removal
• Support painting projects including preparation, painting, and clean-up
• Complete general facility upkeep tasks such as organizing, cleaning, and minor maintenance
• Safely use basic hand tools and approved light-duty equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
