About The Position

Openwork is hiring an experienced General Laborer for a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. This hands-on position involves producing wood products, supporting assembly-line operations, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience and be comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and follow product specification sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Availability for required overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble wood products in a manufacturing environment.
