We are seeking a hands-on and mechanically inclined General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment. The technician will be responsible for setting up precast molds, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with forklift operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with tools and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with grinders, air tools, and general shop equipment.
• Ability to lift, move, and position heavy materials.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience (sit-down automatic) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare precast molds and equipment for daily production.
• Operate hand and power tools including grinders, air ratchets, and air guns.
• Assist with mechanical tasks related to precast production.
• Safely operate a sit-down automatic forklift (experience preferred).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues.
• Support team members in completing production goals
