About The Position

Safely perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling Support plant operations by assisting with equipment checks and basic maintenance activities Monitor work areas to ensure safe, clean, and efficient production conditions Follow standard operating procedures and communicate issues promptly Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in varied environmental conditions
Capability to learn and operate tools, equipment, and machinery used in plant operations
Reliability, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and support changing work priorities
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
