About The Position

General Laborers support pipeline and midstream logistics projects across the U.S. This role involves performing a wide variety of manual labor tasks to support construction support, line pipe logistics, material handling, and equipment operations. General Laborers play a key part in helping deliver safe, high-quality, and on-time project execution in the field.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Willingness to work outdoors in remote field locations for extended periods.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Commitment to safety and reliability.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in pipeline, oil & gas, or heavy civil construction preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and handle materials including pipe, fittings, skids, and construction supplies.
Assist with pipe stringing, yard organization, and laydown operations.
Operate hand and power tools, including saws, grinders, and pressure washers.
Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, setting up barricades, and maintaining safe access.
Assist equipment operators, welders, and other skilled trades as needed.
Perform traffic control duties when required (e.g., flagging, spotting).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
Support logistics teams with inventory checks, load counts, and quality inspections.
Assist with trench work, backfilling, and minor grading activities under supervision.
