About The Position

National Assemblers is seeking hardworking, honest, and dedicated individuals to join their team as Helpers. This role involves assisting trained and Certified Assembly Technicians in providing professional assembly services to large retail stores nationwide. Helpers will be responsible for opening, un-packaging, and organizing a minimum of 8 items per hour, which may include items such as bikes and grills. The company emphasizes the importance of responsibility, dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills. Requirements

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation for local and out-of-town travel.
Responsible for getting yourself to work every day.
Regular internet access is required.
Must have PCs and laptops to access all features of the website.
Smartphones and tablets are acceptable for most website applications, as long as they have regular internet access.

Able to work well with assemblers, schedulers, Team Leaders and store personnel.
Flexible with changes that may occur during the work day.
Able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Excellent communication skills with both assemblers, schedulers and Team Leaders.

Responsibilities

Assist trained and Certified Assembly Technicians.
Open, un-package, and organize a minimum of 8 items per hour for the Assembler Technician.
Access the company website daily for scheduling, work order processing, and payment records.
