About The Position

As a General Laborer, you will play a critical role in our appetizer production operation, helping ensure products are safely produced, packaged, and delivered to the highest quality standards. This hands-on manufacturing role supports daily production activities while maintaining a strong focus on food safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities quickly.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to accurately enter data into digital systems.
Ability to communicate effectively and complete documentation in English.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to frequently bend, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles.

Nice To Haves

Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Fill, sort, inspect, and package raw food materials and finished products to meet quality and production standards.
Handle ingredients such as jalapeños, zucchini, pickles, peppers, cheese, and other food products.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
Operate and work around manufacturing equipment while following established safety procedures.
Complete production documentation in digital and/or paper formats.
Communicate production updates and concerns to production leadership.
Monitor product quality and identify issues requiring corrective action.
Follow food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team success.
