RQ Construction is seeking responsible and committed Concrete General Laborers to join their Self-Perform team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience on commercial, government, or military projects is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check for access to job sites at military bases (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform general concrete and construction labor.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Prepare and clean job sites.
• Assist skilled trades as needed.
• Operate construction equipment when assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site.
