The General Laboratory Manager provides administrative, operational, and technical leadership for Core Laboratory services, including Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Coagulation, and Immunology. This individual is responsible for overseeing high-volume, automated laboratory operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality testing, regulatory compliance, and optimal utilization of laboratory instrumentation and automation systems. They also support centralized testing across multiple hospital sites, ensuring standardization, scalability, and high-quality patient care. Additionally, this role collaborates closely with the Laboratory Medical Director, Core Laboratory Director, nursing, physicians, and hospital leadership to support clinical operations and patient outcomes.
