About The Position
The Production General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line and assisting in the manufacturing process. This position supports overall plant operations and helps ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment
- Load, unload, and package products or materials
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product meets standards
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with setup and changeovers as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
