Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Two valid forms of ID.
- Steel-toe boots.
- Own transportation to commute.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 65 pounds.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Operating baling machinery to compress cardboard into compact bales.
- Placing compressed cardboard bales on pallets.
- Sorting through reusable cardboard.
- Breaking down boxes.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborating effectively with the team.
